Herb, I'm just rereading Michael Gianturco's "The market that beats
the market". It deals with tech stock investing. He says the semi
mfg stocks usually lead, followed by box makers, followed by software
stocks. Mr Gianturco is an occasional contributor to Forbes and
president of the "Princeton Portfolios", at least as of 1995 when the
book was printed. Reading it the second time, after my disastrous
late 1997 tech stock experience {AMAT,KLIC,QNTM - 'nuff said)I get
much more out of it and find I'm even able to critique him with
some confidence. I've also started to look more at 10 year charts
to divine the "cycles" for each stock. There is an uptrend, too.
Some call that - can't think of the word now - the opposite of
ecclesiastical. Anyway, if you feel like it look at a 10 year chart
of KLIC. What an opportunity!

Maybe MrB would care to give us his opinion on KLIC as a buy?
I'm seriously considering getting in again.
