That is simply not true and propaganda being spread by those that benefit greatly from the US not going to a universal health care system. Yes there are few wealthy Canadians that will travel the world to find the best doctors and medical facilities (same is true in the US), but most are perfectly satisfied with the care they get in Canada...even the ones that can afford to go elsewhere.
