Perhaps this has been addressed previously... I'm looking at Form 4 sales and Form 144 Intents for Osicom, and come up with the following:
Form 4 Sales filed week of 12/12:
57,500 shares at an average price of $2.89 sold 11/2, 11/4 by President.
Form 144 filed 12/12:
20,000 shares at an average price of $2.50 to be sold by President.
Form 4 Sales filed 11/97:
21,500 shares at an average price of $2.89 sold 10/28, 10/29 by President.
Form 144 filed 11/97:
46,115 shares at an average price of $2.72 to be sold by President, Director(s), Officer(s), and Unknown. |
