I suggest most Canadians are satisfied with their subsidized lowest common denominator health care system because they have never experienced good health care. The idea of paying for medical treatment would startle the average Canuck. Canadians rip-off American patented drugs and make poor quality knock-offs they sell to the rest of the world. Canadian hospitals are filled with hand me down medical equipment acquired from the US for pennies on the dollar. Any way you measure it Canadian health-care is third-world and subsidized by American research and development. The so called free Canadian system is actually very expensive to maintain and gets a failing grade in both diagnostics and treatment.
