I am short the RUT. Took profits at the end of the 3 of 3 and then reshorted near the top of the 4. The RUT has the cleanest waves. It always turns down before the Dow and the S&P. As soon as people get nervous they sell the small caps and buy the large caps at the top. Blessings, JRH
