Look, Medicare is broke. A little over ten years and it is OUT OF MONEY. It is only getting by today because it is spending the money of people to whom it has promised benefits in 40 years. Which it obviously can't deliver.

The only solution is a phase-out along with gradually increasing privatization. There are risks but at least they're risks. Doing what we're doing is certain collapse.

Boozman's an idiot. I voted for him once and never again.
