What part of Hillary's criminalizing of flag burning bill do you not take exception to? Her bill covers the issue.

Part 1: intent to incite

Part 2: intimidating any person, or group of persons

Part 3: intentionally destroying or damaging that flag."

Obviously if you were freezing to death and burned a flag for survival, Hillary's bill would not apply, except maybe part three but I doubt you would get arrested for that if it was the only way to survive.
