Ggersh...... when you get to the point of being ridiculously wealthy......... and talking way beyond Buffett and Gates money.... you have to get it into foundations, get it offshore into holding companies, trusts and other entities and domicile them in the British Virgin Islands, the Cook Islands off in the pacific.

when you truly have a lot of money...... and become old money...... you act like it's not there at all...... that seems to be the modus operandi
