Knowing human nature as it is, the human thinks that they can beat the opposing forces. I believe the MM feel that they can stop the "cartel" and end up shorting the stock to death. The cartel won't hold together for all the cert's to be delivered.

It seems the MM have been sucessful in most past shorts. That being said, I feel the most MM believe they can beat this short too. It is possible though, that a MM has closed out their position in the this stock.

I also believe that most MM won't lose their job over this short no matter how it turns out, because this isn't the only stock they are making money on.

I think at times we tend to look to much at the small picture and ignore the larger picture. We feel that RMIL is the whole world when for a MM it may be no more than a bump in the road.
