The reason I asked is that you seemed pretty sure about it and I've never heard him say that. The only things I've found on the net were his mocking of Trump and his telling a Carrier employee there was nothing he could do to save his job.

Obama has provided money incentives to Solydra, Tesla and other companies. So we all know the real reason he didn't step in for Carrier workers was because he didn't give a shit.
