Greetings Jane, << But I have never felt I was part of the seed of Abraham >> We gentiles Jane are from the seed of Abraham by faith in the promise given to Abraham in Gen 12.1-3. The SEED who came through Abraham was the Son of Promise , the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Promised one according to Gen 12-3, who would bless ALL NATIONS of the earth. We who are born-again by His Spirit are from this Seed, that is the Lord Jesus Christ. We are seeds from this Seed. Forget about race or nationality Jane, as The Lord Jesus Christ has opened salvation to all mankind. God no longer deals with one specific nation to as he did with Israel when He made the promise to our father Abraham. Gods promises and purpose is now realized in the Body of Christ, the Church, made up from all nation and peoples. I trust this might help you Jane. Robert
