It's not clear what your wingnut point is regarding republic vs. democracy. The USA is a democracy. Dump is subject to the constitution and the laws of the land, which limit his powers. I think you wingnut fascists want him to run rough shod over the constitution and behave like some dictator. Well if he tries that he'll be impeached, charged and jailed.
