Glen - Did you catch that $ 10 million dollar private placement for FNET at $ 1.00 per share? That has to be the deal of the year, with the probable IPO price between $ 10 - $ 15 per share. Anyone know any details of that placement? Is it restricted to "major investors", institutional, or open to all? If nobody posts the answer, I'll call and find out for us later. Anyway, great post by Frank. It really helps validate the other information we keep seeing from mnay sources on the FNET IPO. Bruce
