Seems like that is a trick question with a presumed answer. I'd still like to know more about what was going on there.

Looking into it, I came to the conclusion both parties were all in it together to screw us out of a trillion dollars to pass out to their banking friends that lost their asses when the housing market bubble popped. It was sold to us that Congress was going to help people who were losing their homes.

Here's Santelli's rant about the govt making you pay for your neighbor's house:

Bush then authorized Paulson to take the Tarp check Congress wrote and pass the money out around the world to his friends. People continue to lose their homes today.

Warren was Chairman of the Tarp oversight committee when Bush redirected the funds. Congress didn't say a word either.

I can't assume anything other than they were all in it together......

Trump wanting another trillion dollars for "infrastructure" today smells just like Tarp. How about Mr Trump you do an audit first and show Americans where all of their money designated for infrastructure today is going before throwing another trillion away?
