That's right. The health insurance 'free market' will do what's best for itself, which is to insure healthy people and exclude the sick people that actually need the insurance. That's great for the health insurer's profits! They get paid for providing very little service. Which is why health insurance should not be subject to market forces, something every industrialized country but us realized long ago.
