Get real Brumey......you do a survey of blacks in NYC asking if they know where the motor vehicle bureau is and if they have id????/ Check out Texas back woods and the swamp people of Ala an Miss................ I endorse photo ids....but the rap on the R's is making it tough for minorities to get to place to get one, it's my understanding that in at least one state the R government closed dozens of MV offices in black neighborhoods....
