The only real morality humans have ever achieved has been what humans figured out.

The religions were in complete control for most of human history and life was hell.

When we established a democracy, the rule of law and separated out religion, things got better for humans.

Law itself is morality. And Liberal ideology is more moral than any religion, ever..

Almost every religion is sexist and see gays as sinful, and talks about sin e.g.

Not exactly. Adam's main job was to explore creation and identify all that he observed. So in that sense he was the first scientist. He was forbidden one area only ... Don't try to claim intelligence of "good and evil" because you will screw it up. Adam was not qualified to define morality.

It was one specific area ... tree of knowledge of good and evil.

We are still trying to legislate morality and look how it screws us up.

I understand why that is a problem for people and since I am not a religious scholar, I'd prefer to leave it at that.
