>>A recent survey concluded that IOM could lose as much as two-thrids (sic) of its value.<<

This is such a silly statement that I am compelled to respond, but hardly know where to begin.

A survey of whom? Performed by whom? Published where? To simply say "a recent survey concluded" thus and such is meaningless.

Moreover, the conclusion of this alleged survey, as you have presented it, is completely specious. It could lose value? In what period of time?

Of course IOM could lose two-thirds of its value. Or it could lose 100% of its value. It's possible. And the same could be said of MSFT, IBM, or any other stock on any market.
