he November jobs report has showed that the jobless rate hit a nine-year low of 4.6%, according to data released last Friday, and the economy added 178,000 new jobs in the month. That bodes well for the incoming administration of President-elect Donald Trump in January, given that Obama inherited a far more fragile economy when he won the presidency in 2008, although the number of jobs added last month was still less than expected.
