They'll get rid of the ability of the uninsured to get care through emergency rooms... People will just die. This is what the GOP wants... They don't even need death panels to decide, purely market forces will decide. The invisible hand of the market will be a fist to pound out the poor.

This to me sounds more like a description of health-care in DDR (The former East Germany), where patients with "No Relevance to the System" were just sent home with a glas of aspirin.

For those, who may have forgotten, DDR was the perfect "Volksdemokratie", a Marxist Socialist Communist state.

Give the liberals full power including control of the highest courts - and there is where we are heading!
