Good morning Frank on Sunday morning,

I also miss you and hope things are going well. I can very well understand the anticipation that you are feeling and hope that you are not feeling any anxiety and that you will not put undue pressure on yourself as you very often have a tendency to do. I know that you feel a sense of hurry but there really is no need to hurry. I very much hope that you will be able to enjoy working with you music and have fun with it and be able to keep stress with it to a minimum. That is really the most important thing, to enjoy doing it.

Yesterday we went out and did some shopping and I got some new clothes and did some other errands. Last night we watched a movie on TV and it was ok but not that good. The movies on TV lately have not been very good.

We got a great tape from the video store with Jane Fonda on weight training which I am very excited about and have been using it for our weight routine. Debbi was suppose to make one for me, but she has been so busy working lately and holidays that she has not had time. It really surprises me that there are not more video tapes on doing weights. I bet that will be the next big thing.

Those movies sound good. We have not had a chance lately to go to a movie.

I am not sure what we will do today except that Harry needs to work in the yard. It is not looking very good at all. So far, it looks like it is going to be a pretty day with lots of sunshine.

Will you get breakfast at McDonald's today or Dunkin Donuts? I do hope that you have a great day today.
