Remember, the signals are closing signals on the day. Partial signals are based on my EXPERT I developed for VIX. The Buy and Sell signals are based on a more conservative set of indicators...

Based on the "success" of these indicators in calling the DOW, it is my strategy to close opposing positions on "partial" indications and go long in call or put options for Buy and Sell signals respectively.

SO FAR, the BUY and SELL signals have indicated moves in the DOW which have equalled or exceeded 5% based on the initial signal... as you can see, sometimes there is a "bounce" and a reissue of a signal in the same direction.
