And would trade at 14.72 if was citibanks tangible book value. What's the point? It's going to come down to how BAC fairs in the new world. Can they make money, will they be allowed to raise div and buy back shares, and will they stop being the govt personal ATM machine. Unknowable but I'm hopeful. Up until a month ago it was the value trap I feared years ago. Still a reasonable ROI if it moves to the low 30's.
