Hi XIA and all Wolfers,

The head cheerleader is back, with some more FACTS. Jeffries & Co. who is a very respected authority in the oil stocks, has according to my Zack's report, projected GW earnings of .27 cents per share for 1998 and .48 cents per share for 1999; this versus '97 earnings of .07 cents. These projections are very exciting but let's have a little taste of salt here. When I talked to GW a couple of weeks ago I asked if the purchase of the driller in Shreveport would involve the issuing of new stock and they said"VERY POSSIBLY". I really feel that this acquisition will not satisfy their thurst and we can expect more in 1998 and probably 1999. If they issue more stock each time it is only going to delute our share value. I plan on attending the annual meeting in Houston this year and will definetly broach this subject. For what it's worth(pun intended) the February issue of WORTH magazine, has on page 28, six stocks to consider for 1998. Lo' and behold there is a company called GREY WOLF. They state the fair value at $7.00. Take it for it's what it's worth. YEA!YEA! Jim.

The Jeffries Prediction really blew my skirt up!! Thank God I had on my thong panties. Jim.
