MCO. Diverse opinions recently on Moody's here. st: 4/16 "in, considering selling"; most recently (10/16) "bit expensive" but "in watchlist" br: in (apparently since 2014) J.B. "in" (8/2016) G.O. (10/23) "considering labelling this as a sell" I'll take a starting position at current high price. Lawsuits diminish attractiveness of the company. Plus it isn't a cheap stock. Otoh, it rarely has been. I believe if stock market continues at current high level, there' not a lot of market risk to this erstwhile Buffett stock. Business risk pertaining to lawsuits and MCO wrong-doing -- that I don't know.
