Bastardi thinks it's swung too far too the cold side, in the later periods. But he has been harping on the fact the Siberian cold outbreak earlier this fall would "slosh" to North America.

Kenny would say look at all that warmth in the Arctic, but warming -40C to -30C it's still damn cold.

All of Kenny's warming has been in the Arctic in winter where a couple degrees at -40 is nothing but noise.
