Have you looked at any other foreign stocks other than NSRGY?

My most recent Buys have been GSK and VOD. I would like to add to those but I have a 3%-5% sell off rule that set's my next add price. I have done two Buys for each at/near current prices and a bit higher.

I just think U.S. will be where the future growth will be so I want to focue there first.

I recently added to TIS which is a GARP stock (an expanding paper company) that pays a good dividend. I have several Buys at/near this price and again will not add shares unless it meets my 3%-5% rule. TIS is a small cap stock and thinly traded. It will move both down and up on very few shares traded.

Did you or anybody see the 60 min piece on how a small town in Mississippi is attracting new industrial companies to set up manufacturing facilities. I need to look at the tape again and check out those companies; there was a mini steel plant, an engine assembly plant, a helicopter assembly plant and a tire company.

All receive some type of local tax credit and have pre-installed infrastructure (electric, roads & sewer) newly built as part of the deal.

Replacing lost factory jobs in Mississippi Job training and tax incentives are key to this economic developer's successful strategy to revive manufacturing jobs in Mississippi

This may/could be the model elect President Trump may follow. If so, there may/could be some future value candidate companies that could be a pure play bet on the next new industrial expansion in the U.S..
