A certain amount of inflation is good for property owners as long as interest rates stay below 9%.

Trump, IMO, will raid the treasury and this will cause a decline in the dollar, which will cause inflation.

And then there is the fear factor. At some point people will be too scared to trust any of our financials.

Think how the banks view Trump. He is not credit worthy. I have been in real estate for 25 years. I know how that works!

We have the best credit in the world right now. Trump is going to destroy our credit in the eyes of the world and that is when the dollar sell off begins.

This is like an equation-lol

That is what Trump is going to do to our financial markets.

Buy gold and silver in equal amounts-lol.
