I'm looking forward to "Trump Triple Gold Medical Care" which will be replacing "The Affordable Care Act".

Paul Ryan says it's going to require $$$ billions in additional subsidies to prevent the healthcare market from imploding because Trump is adamant that insurers have to cover all preexisting conditions, with subsidies for lower income insureds as is the case with "The Affordable Care Act". One big realization Reagan had was the "nanny state" was not offering enough benefits to the Middle Class, and I suspect Trump has figured this out too.

So premium subsidies will likely be more generous for those with higher incomes than is currently the case. As Trump himself admitted, the insurance system falls apart if everyone is not covered, mandatory insurance. If he forgets this point there's an army of insurance company lobbyists to remind him of this fact.

They might want to title Trump's new program "The Unaffordable Care Act". The ugliness of it all may make universal Medicare coverage seem quite attractive to the Donald.

Of course Paul Ryan wants to wrap this into a package which also privatizes Medicare.

If you like your current Medicare coverage and can afford the new higher premiums which increase by 14% annually, you can keep your current Medicare coverage.

I'm intrigued by the new franchise opportunities for the Ronald Reagan Death with Dignity Centers. Medicare is going to pay the center operators a hefty price for each old person they terminate.
