Another thing...I don't think IMXS holders will WANT to trade their shares for GIFS because they'll hafta hold those GIFS shares for 2 years. I think that if the C.E.O. of GIFS doesn't get enough IMXS shares in the swap, he'll hafta go to the open market and start buying IMXS shares. THAT WILL CREATE BUYING PRESSURE LIKE CRAZY!
