Int'l Parkside to pay one-cent dividend Jan. 24 2016-12-06 14:06 MT - News Release Mr. Murray Keating reports DIVIDEND DECLARED International Parkside Products Inc. will pay a one-time dividend of one cent per common share, payable in cash, in respect of the year ended July 31, 2016. The dividend will be paid on Jan. 24, 2017, to shareholders of record on Jan. 13, 2017. The dividends declared have been declared as eligible dividends for Canadian income tax purposes pursuant to Subsection 89 (14), as defined under Subsection 89 (1), of the Income Tax Act (Canada). © 2016 Canjex Publishing Ltd.
