The pope's mandate is to preach eternal salvation which is his job and assignment here on planet earth. If he thinks he is going to meet new altar boys by being politically-hip he is not infallible in my eyes. I would like to hear Kellyanne Conway an Italian / Irish Catholic take on this, maybe she should be pope.
