All, << read thread from 600 >> Not likely. Threads are about 1% meat and 99% fat. I'll start from here. A company profile on Zacks shows 0 employees. Not suprising. It's not clear to me what they offer. TCI, etc, have the hardware delivery systems in place or are putting them in place. Companies such as TI and ADI are developing the chips for both optical and copper hi-speed delivery systems and are committed to digital transmission with both solutions. Does athm intend to be the box maker for optical solutions? To me that's all that's left. Players like csco and 3com will dominate the copper solution. God, the thought of me jumping on another box maker is frightening! Maybe for the short term. It will become a quick commodity. Larry
