Portfolio.

Ron,

The portfolio looks correct. I just want to make sure that I'm calculating buying power correctly.

Is this correct:

Buying power = Beginning balance - Purchases at cost + Gains realized + Unrealized gains

Plugging in numbers:

Buying power = 500,000 - 347,494 + 0 + 14,265 = $166,771

Or do we exclude the unrealized gains, making buying power

Buying power = Beginning balance - Purchases at cost + Gains realized

500,000 - 347,494 + 0 = $152,506

I don't have a cash account and am unsure if you can trade on unrealized gains.
