steve S. any comments on the t rowe price family?? looks like low risk to me/ but high returns quick question: 1) would you buy your initial posiiton now and then dollar cost average after the bad earnings plummet during jan 15-25?? OR wait until the bad earnings come out (stock prices go down) and then buy initial position after bottom is seen? thxs for all the help Steve Chris
