Re: IBM

Buffett may be mistaken sometimes. But I do not think that being mistaken in the prediction of the future president of the United States means that IBM is a bad investment.

IBM keeps only the most profitable activities. The FCF/Share is now 15.02. It has increased a lot in recent years.

I think Ginni Rometty is a good CEO. The strategy it has put in place is coherent. Big data without analysis is useless.

The company has a good financial strength, personally I do not worry about it.

The P/E is low. As Buffett said "The future is never clear. You pay a very high price in the stock market for a cheery consensus. Uncertainty is the friend of the buyer of long-term values."

The intrinsic value of IBM is much higher than the stock price. Wall Street is watching only the decline in sales.

Cloud computing, cognitive technologies, data analysis, cybersecurity, blockchain ... I think there is great potential over the long term.
