In my view it is very clear from the Company press release that the events are being collected for the data endpoints. It is also very clear that the Company has not reported on the primary endpoint, to which they specifically reference with the clinical trial registry update of November. According to the Company the trial is ACCUMULATING events for the trial endpoints. Events are progression or death. And the trial endpoints are progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS); and other (tertiary) endpoints include time to progression (TTP), decline in Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS), landmark analyses of survival, and immune responses to DCVax-L, as well as PFS and OS in patients with either no progression or pseudoprogression at baseline. The Company also made it a point to state that they continue be, as before, BLIND to the trial data. IF the PFS endpoint had been reached and they were told the outcome, they wouldn't be blind. IF the median PFS had already been reached they wouldn't be accumulating PFS events for the PFS endpoint; they would have the outcome. And so, like it or not, that means they are not hiding any trial outcome. The reality is they have reached out to their respective CROs to see whether the primary endpoint (estimated for sometime in Nov 2016) has been reached and will report back to us within the next two weeks where the trial stands.
