The shorting is a verifiable fact. The person who shorted it down from $10 to .20 is known by many people. This is an important point to note that the price did not decline because of fundamentals. I normally do not make a point to bring up spelling errors but I almost wanted to create an 'English 101' thread when someone used the word 'feacher' instead of 'feature' (not on this thread). The word 'subsidiaries' is spelled by many people as 'subsidaries' but I think that the header should not have typos. Everyone makes typos but the header is too closely scrutinized.
