Undoubtedly, you have had time to catch up with all the posts by now. So it's time to answer the question. How can RMIL be a third party to the cash infusion? And why would RMIL lose their tax loss carry forwards if they got the money?

And here is another one..........Name one stock that went up when trading resumed after an SEC imposed halt.
