President Obama signs the 21st Cures Act on Tuesday 12/13.

1.8 Billion dollars will then be available for Grants to companies that
show promising treatments. One fifth this year, 300+ million.

This allows VP Biden to pursue funding of "Moon Shot" on brain cancer.
He only has until Jan 20 to effect his goal.

With the release of Top Line Data, there will be considerable interest
in DCVax-L, even more so when full Phase 3 data is released.

(We are in the spot that we are because DCVax is working better than
anyone expected.. "They are all living longer" plus "Achievement of a lifetime comment".

With all of the FBI, SEC, FDA contact on this stock, the outstanding
results should result in several grants in December or January.
