MVPH says RMIL has no right to ownership. I'd appreciate your take on why Puhr seem to think those shares are his.

My understanding is that those shares were given to pay for the properties sold by PRTI to MVPH. Did Puhr own the properties? I haven't seen anything which would indicate that. That property was owned by PRTI shareholders. How many shares of PRTI did Puhr own?

And how could Puhr essentially liquidate PRTI without a shareholder vote? And why does the official record of his activities with the Securities Commmissioner's office not mention anything after the Denver Housing Authority? Did he disclose his Officer's and Directors positions to WMA?

I'd appreciate any light you can shed here.
