re; phone rates. I think most of us in the US are going to feel sorry for you. A dedicated line for my computer costs me about $17.50 a month for 500 or less calls (I average about 70), plus $20 a month to the ISP for unlimited internet access. The local cable company is making noise like they are going to offer internet pretty soon. A TV/internet package may make it even cheaper.
