I was actually at the party, but nobody noticed. I was downstairs, outside, "making out" I think the American expression is, with a lovely lady - with the most incredible sunset glowing like fire in the sky. She gave me a little bit of frozen blotting paper; trust me, you'll love it, she said. I did.
We didn't go upstairs - what with machine gun fire and one thing and another, it didn't sound like the happy, dancing time with loud music I expected initially - a bit scarey in a way, for a kid from Mangere!!
Loral, yeah well, can't be everywhere. And I didn't attack the bible's fraudulence too seriously - simply suggested some fuzzy vine- ripened kiwifruit logic; people should taste life itself. Okay, this Graceful garden has been trampled a little. Perhaps a few people could trim the edges, plant a few flowers, enjoy the warmth and light. Take a stroll down the wending path of their feelings - sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes angry sometimes glad. Sometimes hurt and sometimes laughing sometimes silly, now giraffing.
