Thanks for the research,Jim.--In case you don't have it this is the URL for their website dsc.com you ask "what am I missing?"--I think we all are asking that question right now. Because of the impending reverse split I just can't buy into this stock until I know more.But if that message #65 on the DGSD yahoo! thread is legit,this stock will make a major run-up--but we just don't know if that message is legit.Good Luck.----O,yes,regards the TA,its should fall back monday at sometime--if it does not,something is driving this price up that is extraordinary,because I presume the run-up last week was all driven by the MSFT news.There are reports of heavy inside buying,but I have not seen the figures to confirm this yet.Max
