Bottom line you cannot control it all - you can lower the effects of cosmic fluctuations I don't disagree at all with that or your first paragraph. The AGW folk are virtually totally focused on CO2 and we've seen for many years how poor their temperature forecasts have been under that (bogus and wrong) theory. If they weren't so blinded by those facts and were real scientists, they might have changed their theory to something more correct and practical and I wouldn't have ever done research and charts exposing the idiocy of the committed and the unethical money hoors.
