Hi Max: Just ran a search on Louis M. Bacon. According to the search, and if I have the right Louis M. Bacon and Moore Capital Management, He is 39, lives in New York City and runs a 1Billion dollar fund for European Investors. Fairly good sized contributor to the Republican National Committee. I took a stake in DSGD Friday morning at 1 27/32. The great thing about this investment is that the downside in only 1 27/32. Have a good one. Jim
