The issue of global warming is much more less dependent on CO2 - they concentrate on CO2 because it is easy for Joe6Pack to understand. Burning fossil fuels from coal to NG is very damaging to the environment, sea creatures and mammal health including humans. Some of the more potent gasses released in the atmosphere are; CH4, SO2, NOx HG and a lot of other crap. The most dangerous to health are the Furans and Dioxins who's poisoning levels are measured in picograms. en.wikipedia.org ejnet.org The problem with global warming is acute because you have a positive GHG emission loop. Huge amounts of methane hydrates are being released from permafrost and oceans floors, which under UV radiation, form all kinds of poisonous organic substances, as are microbial activity which also realease CH4 with increased temperatures. The main issue is that we are losing the balance. Therefore global warming by GHG is not a myth, but real, and also triggered by the sun activity. Humans cannot change solar activity but they can compensate by lowering emissions of GHG, and break the feedback of re-enforcing heath loop. Therefore this is not crappy science it is badly explained science. The climate change deniers are a bunch of rednecks idiots and make a stand out of idiotic reasons not on facts. It is quite bad that Trump made very bad choices to his administration and I know why, to artificially generate jobs that will at the end hurt the health of all of us, not to mention coastal floodings and more unstable weather due to higher moisture in the lower atmosphere.
