Wiley - OEX intra-day rally yeterday seemed weaker than the day before and today's is looking to be weaker still, once interest rates stabilize. Advisory service I subscribe to (with an excellent track record) expects a general decline in OEX-SPX to begin soon. I'm a fairly new subscriber to this service so am hesitant to recommend yet. I try to trade both OEX rally's and declines however so this is more a general background.
