Allright Archie P: The company soon goes into receivership as it cannot meet its overgrowing financial obligations. Fortunately a white night trots along with serious cash,as he sees the potential of a few products.There will be 50 million new shares mainly for the new top so they have a stimulant to get going.Of course UMSI's name will be changed (the name is mud in many quarters)Outstanding debt will be settled at a heavy discount.The re-development of unique products will take at least a year,probably two,to arrive at a reliable product as well as to establish the all important afterservice.Around summer the shares will be split 10:1. The high of the post-split shares will be your $ 1.25(around Xmas) but as sales and reputation will improve,the stock will go to $ 4.- in 1999 and $ 10.00 in 2000. As for the BakerBoyz,they may award themselves a golden handshake and move to greener pastures. Many fine private companies who are need of cash are still taken to the cleaners every day. Laurens
