Most of their problems are regulatory in nature, and if we didn't think those would eventually be resolved satisfactorily, we wouldn't be involved with the business in the first place ... you could argue that they've made some mistakes, for instance by not understanding what those particular holders of the cheap early paper would do ... also for sure they overestimated the intelligence of Marion County voters ... but mostly it's directly regulatory, where you can't push the river, but you can see which way it's flowing ... so i stuck in another little sub-.30 bid yesterday, got filled, if it looks possible to get .24s or .25s again i'll bid there too, just for bragging rights later on
